Making do

Three drivers, two cars. Daughter was in town and everyone needed transportation. I looked at my calendar, and I had a breakfast meeting near Pico and Westwood at 8:00 a.m., followed by a 10:00 a.m. meeting at my office. If the breakfast went 1:15, I'd have 45 minutes to take two buses back to the office, the Pico bus #7 (same bus we all used to take to the beach in junior high) and then the La Cienega bus to Wilshire. Worked with no problem.
